Hello, Brad. Do you recommend any gym in particular for someone with a basic level of MMA who wants to improve all the areas? I have been comparing TMT and Bangtao mainly and I feel like Bangtao is more MMA friendly maybe? As they offer wrestling classes too.

I’m planning to train MMA in Phuket for a month. Would you recommend any specific gym? I can’t decide if Tiger Muay Thai or Bangtao. I would say I am “high level” beginner or intermediate. I know you recommended to try a few gyms first before but I don’t have the time and money so I’d rather choosing one and stay there. Thanks 🙏🏼

So sad those two guys lying in the ring.....do that somewhere else.....but that's my humble opinion.....the ring is for active sessions

I got made redundant by a company i worked 6 years for. I was emotionally broken and my mental health declined severely. It was the first time ive ever experienced redundancy and I didn’t know how to navigate through it. But anyway, i did manage to find a similar elsewhere super quick. I got offered it on my last day at my previous place. Everything happened so fast; a lot of things have happened and i felt like i havent actually processed it. Anyway, im a month in the role and as much as that everyone is lovely, the role is very overwhelming and I am now at the stage where im considering if this is for me. I feel demotivated and not very passionate; although part of me feels like it’s my redundancy trauma kicking in . 😢

I just want to do a week
